At only $2.50, this chocolate cream pie is quite a good deal, especially with real hershey’s chocolate, I thought to myself.But, disappointment started to arise after eating a few bites.Instead of pie, I think it taste more like ice cream.It tasted very one dimensional and boring, with just chocolate cream and a tart base, no layers or surprises within. Apart from that, at least the basic chocolate taste is there to satisfy my chocolate craving, and the tart base is quite delicious too, not too sweet. This is one of the newest products launch by Long John Silver so i decided to give it a try. The bread crumbs on the outer surface are very crispy and not too oily. The surprise should be that really smooth and fresh fish meat hiding in the breadcrumbs. They are really juicy and without dipping any sauce to it still taste very delicious. Was at City Square Mall and decided to buy home LJS for dinner. I used one of the promotional coupons they have distributed which helps customers to save a significant amount of money. Anyway, the sad part was, when i opened the box, i could literally count the number of skin-on potato chips i was given for the side. Evident from the picture, i was given only 3-4 pieces..which is pure rip-off and this has happened to me at not just one outlet.It was the first time I'm trying their deep sea grilled fish and it was actually pretty good. It goes really well with the sauce and its not too "watery". Was really happy that they had corn too b/c LJS's corns run out frequently. …Read More
