Signature Dishes
Lowercase is a really spacious cafe at Lasalle, which took over the space of the previous cafe, 15 minutes. Their menu offers pasta, pizzas etc at student prices! I love the tender chunks of beef and the tasty combination of rocket leaves with black pepper pasta! Considering the price, the portion is big and very reasonable I will want to come back again to try their pizzas and cakes!

cupcake browniecheese roll museli cupVisited Lowercase and found it a cosy cafe. Cafe can used for presentation show and main dining at the upper floor. Tried the fried cheese roll. The roll is rich in cheese and after one bite, the cheese flows and best go with the sauce. The brownie is soft. The cupcake is less creamy and spongy. One interesting dessert is the museli cup. The cup is filled with roasted oat but blend well with yukult. It is a healthy museli.

This restaurant seems to be new. I happened to pass by this restaurant at LaSalle College of the Arts at Rochor Road. The restaurant looks very pleasant with nice decor of vintage items. I ordered a Ratatouille. It came with an egg. It was really delicious and tasty, I still miss the taste. The only thing that bothers me is that the portion is too small for its price. There were no carbs in the dish and I was still hungry after. My friend ordered the Chicken Cacciatore comparable to Briyani chicken rice if you will to describe it. The portion was much bigger and filling with rice at the side. Overall, I would say that they have nice food but portion really small and it is affordable ain’t really cheap from the portion given. We paid around less than $30 with drinks. It is a nice place to hangout. There were also some cakes and pastry to order, I wanted to order the red velvet cake but did not in the end. Perhaps I should try out other pasta dishes to try out as well. The ambience of this place is really nice but it can get noisy when is crowded. There is a stairway that leads to the lower area which life band can perform, perhaps in the weekends. Check out this place and find out for yourself.
