MaggieMoo is actually quite a famous ice cream chain in the US, was delighted that it came into Singapore. Was at the Bugis Outlet, thus decided to takeaway a pint of Cotton Candy. They've many different kinds of ice cream with very special names. My favourite amongst all is the Cotton Candy. Why? It is kinda sweet, just like the cotton candy that we get from supermarkets and night markets. They also include marshmallows in their Cotton Candy Ice Cream, which enhances the cotton candy taste. Their ice cream pints ranges from $11 to $14. Worth a try if you had not try before. continue reading

Was quite disappointed with our visit to their branch at Bugis Junction as the selection was very limited. Where are the signature flavours such as Peanut Butter Galaxy & Strawberry Skydive?!We eventually settled for Strawberry Chessecake and Chocolate Praline after trying a couple of other flavours such as the Red Velvet Cake, Birthday Cake and Pistachio which we found to be too sweet for our liking. The texture was average (not as creamy as we had expected) and the ice cream melted pretty quickly. The strawberry bits seemed to have been frozen for quite some time as it was icy hard and lumpy. Their Chocolate Praline was the better flavour we had that day. Overall, it's not really worth the money for the quality you'll be getting. continue reading

Maggie Moo's is all about ice-cream! They are also the inventor of the ice-cream cupcake ($5.90) and ice-cream pizza. My favourite flavour has got to be dark chocolate because I am a chocolate-lover!I also managed to sample their ice-cream shakes in mint and strawberry. The mint was surely very refreshing to consume in the hot weather. I do not like their strawberry shake though. continue reading

I went to eat their waffle with ice cream but their machine broke down on that day. I then have it with their waffle bowl. The 2 flavors i choose were caramel and chocolate flavor. The caramel one is nicer. The taste is sweeter than the chocolate one. The chocolate got nice chocolaty taste. Caramel sauce added to the ice cream with the grounded peanuts topping. Not bad overall. I could not remember the price as it was a treat from a good friend. continue reading

Was not expecting them to be any good, as we tried them at 313 when it first opened and it wasn't very good. But this time, it was very very good! The flavours were fantastic. You can feel the real creaminess of dairy cream and the flavours were well balanced. The strawberry did not taste artificial or sickening. It wasn't overly sweet. This is much better than Marble Slab or Cold Rock. It could even be better than Coldstone! Recommended! Love that they sell fairy floss too! continue reading
