On the left: Vanilla Cookie Gough Yo-Yo (Vanilla with cookie dough, oreo and fudge)On the right: Cotton Candy Ski Jump (Cotton candy with mini marshmallows and M&M's)Conclusion is both are too sweet for us, especially the Cotton Candy .... I almost shivered at the fourth or fifth servings of it ... Lastly, the ice-cream melted quite fast even in air-conditioned area ~

MaggieMoo is a funky and cute little looking scoop shop located on the food basement of 313 @ Somersat. Frankly, it was the Mastercard 1-for-1 Fresh Escapes promotion that caught my attention. Usually it'd be 10.90$ for one cone (large) but with that, we thought why not.The girls here are really pleasant and friendly too. The girls here are really pleasant and friendly too. Pity that I actually wanted the Red Velvet fresh escape but it was out of stock, hence I settled for an alternative, the Berry Cheesecake Lake: a combination of cheesecake ice-cream, strawberries, raspberries and strawberry sauce. It was really milky, creamy and good. A rich and heavenly dessert to end off our night, definitely sinful but once in a while wouldn't hurt, yea?

Was attracted to the outlet with its colourful array of icecreams, there is even a shocking neon blue coloured one which i very much wanted to try, but looked "poisonous" (haha)due to its colour.Hence i chose the "safer" alternative,I opted for the caramel snickers ice cream which was the item of the day for only $6.90, it came with a small snicker bar mxied in.I like the texture of the ice cream which is very smooth. However it melted too quickly, even before i eat it just after paying. The snicke

The prices on the big menu board look ex - kiddie cup $5.90, regular cup $7.90 and large cup $9.90. But it was worth the try - we bought 2 regular cups (Berry Cheesecake Lake and Destination: Dark Chocolate). The serving is pretty large & we had to try our best to finish the last bit in the cup. The 2 cups of ice cream we bought were under the "Fresh Escape" category and it was interesting to see how they prepared and served our ice cream. The 2 cups of ice cream we bought were under the "Fresh Escape" category and it was interesting to see how they prepared and served our ice cream. The server first scooped out a large portion of ice cream & placed it on a "hot" stone (or maybe it was "cold" stone?
). Then she "fried" the ice cream while ingredients like fruits or nuts were added into it. It took abt 5 mins each to get each cup ready.

It's worthwhile to try.
