Well, Mee siam was delicious and curious creature. It was like Siamese Noodles but influenced with Malay cooking culture, catered to local appetite. Ratio of savouriness was just nice, neither too starchy nor too watery. Traditional stir-fried red meehoon, texture was delighting springy even shimmered in spicy and little sour broth. Tau Pok, Hard-boiled Egg, little Shrimp were added, taste was relied much on the Fiery Sambal Chilli. Price at $3.00, my lunch was reasonable and inexpensive.
