experienced very bad service at jp m'sia boleh food court hokkien mee yesterday morning! i order a big size hokkien mee,and two later come customers order small size hokkien mee.We wait for around 5-10 min then the 1st pot of hookkien mee was done. At this time i very happily wanna step infornt & take my hokkien mee, unfortunately the female staff served the small size hokkien mee to the later come customers 1st. I felt unfair & argued with her. You know what the stupid excuse she give me? "now we serve for all small size hokkien mee, later then the chef will cook for big size hokkien mee." then i said " if like that you should tell me now we are cook for the small size hokkien mee, if you want big size hokkien me, you have to wait for another pot. definitely i will order for small size hokkien mee." she ignore me & keep continue said that is not their misstake. The worst is she never appologize with me.
Hornestly, i will understand if i order Hokkien me & the chef is cooking carrot cake, definitely they will serve for customers who are order carrot cake 1st. but now is all customers order the same things, just the size difference. why must serve all the small size 1st? after served all the customers they still left 2 plate of small size of hokkien mee on the table!
I did not try the hokkien mee but my friends told me their hokkien mee too oily & too salty.
