It was hot afternoon and I did not want to overwork my liver so I decided to consume ice cream at Marble Stab Creamery at Bugis+.Consuming ice cream at lunch is not common so there was no crowd at the Marble Stab. It was very quiet. The stall was rather open with 3 tables. There were wide assorted flavours estimated about 24 flavours. There flavours that I noticed were not the fancy name rather it is more of beverage nature such as mocha, thai milk, strawberry, chocolate mint. With so many flavours, choosing the right flavour is a task. I sampled a few flavours and decided the Irish cream ($4.90). I chose this cream as it was more of British nature and it would be rich in cream texture to fill my hunger spank. At last, I had my first cup of Marble Stab ice cream. The store helper gave me more than a single scope. The scope has covered the cup. The plastic spoon was unusual as it has the name – Marble Stab printed. The texture is creamy and it has no feel of icy texture. Irish creamy does not taste like cameral nor coffee or chocolate. It has a mixture of everything. The ice cream is also soft yet it does not melt easily.I enjoyed the Irish cream flavour Marble Stab.

Service Self service . Staffs greeted with a smile . TasteAfter a quick lunch , I decided to try Marble Slab Creamery ice-cream at Bugis +. I liked the smooth chocolate texture served with waffle. Price It is expensive and cost about $ 13+ . Environment Limited seats available and the staffs have no time to do clean up. Overall The ice-cream tasted delicious but it would be good to have more promotions in future.

Taste: The ice cream is of top quality, and there are many unique flavors to choose from. I chose a mix of sweet and salty ice creams, which mixes very well with the wafer.Environment: The restaurant only has a few seats and the place is quite cramped.Service: Self Service.Clean: No problems with cleanliness here.Price: This ice cream wafer is very overpriced. Would not have bought it if I didn't have a Qoo10 voucher.

I was recommended this mixing which consisted of Cool mint ice-cream, double dark chocolate ice-cream and red velvet cake ice-cream. The ice-cream was also mixed with cameralized biscuit smashed inside. The overall flavour was refreshing with hints of mint, sweet due to the red velvet flavour and the sweetness was neutralized by the double dark chocolate flavour which was subtly bitter. It was a great combination.Damage: about $11

I am quite an avid fan of green tea so even though there are many other choices of ice cream available, I will still settle for green tea ice cream. The scoop is quite generous and I choose to have it without toppings to fully savour the flavour of the green tea ice cream. The green tea ice cream is quite smooth and creamy and it is also rather milky as what the previous reviewers have pointed out. The taste is not as authentic as the green tea ice creams that I have at Japanese restaurants. The green tea taste is not very strong, hence while the ice cream taste is alright, I will not order it again as I have been accustomed to the green tea taste from Japanese green tea ice creams.
