I love ice-cream, and there is a lovely ice-cream store at the basement of Causeway Point! The shop is very vibrantly decorated. It is open-space all around and looks more like a kiosk, but there are a few seats available inside for customers who wish to dine in. I think it would make a really nice spot for friends, couples and family who want to take a quick break from the shopping. One plus point of the store is the wide variety of flavours they carry, from Chocolate Swiss to Mocha to Peanut Butter to Red Velvet Cake. This makes the selection counter looks so colourful and tempting! They have a 'promotion' where you can get Belgian Waffle or Double Chocolate Brownie or Apple Crumble with a scoop of ice cream at $7.80, or $10.80 if you wish to add on a beverage as well. It was a tough choice between the belgian waffles and brownie, but eventually, brownie won and I got the brownie with a scoop of Rocher ice-cream and a drink. Brownie with A Scoop of Rocher Ice Cream + Beverage - $10.80The food was served on a plate with the chocolate syrup designed as a web, which I thought was pretty. The ice cream was thick and milky and there was just a hint of hazelnut, and it went quite well with the brownie and chocolate sauce. Sadly, I thought that the serving was a little small for the price. I totally cleaned the entire plate and was tempted to get more! You can also get the ice cream in the waffles cone and create your own mix in, which a friend of mine recommended. I'll definitely return again to try the other varieties and flavours, especially the Willy Wonka! continue reading

It was really a lovely afternoon to have a simple and sinful dessert in this shopping mall after a long walk here. At $11.90, I get to enjoy the waffle with a scoop of ice cream of my choice. The Waffle was quite soft in texture and slightly crispy on the outer layer. I have choose the green tea ice cream, which surprisingly really tasty and super creamy and thick in texture. The green tea flavour is very fragrant as well. Restaurant is very comfortable and cooling and service was good too! continue reading

It's ice cream time. Marble Slab creamery has quite a number of choices of ice cream to choose from. Other than that, as a customer you are allow to ask the staff to let you try the ice cream before purchasing it. This time round, my friend and I tried their chocolate Mint Flavour. As I loved mint flavour while my friend is a chocolate lover, therefore we decided to order it. The ice cream was thick and rich and it gives a very cooling feelings when you put it into your mouth. It was definitely worth buying it especially during hot weather. Go and have a try , it was located at basement 1 with seats available for customer to dine in Although the price is abit costly, but it was worth buying it (: continue reading

There are lots of varieties for ice-cream too, there are green tea, chocolate swiss, caramel, double chocolate and etc... after looking @ all the flavours, i choose the chocolate swiss in i like the icecream as it does not taste very very sweet and also its sticky which prevent it from melting easily and the price is also afforable too continue reading
