I fancy about soupy decent culinary especially in raining noon. I spotted a stall selling Fish Soup, in Deep-fried Fish, Non-fried Fish, Fish along with skin or without, generally it offered choices for customers to pick the fish version they want. It was my combination, of course I choosed the soup one. Deep-fried Fish still remained crispy and tender, fresh seafood soup with sweetness was properly cooked. The absence of MSG made the soup naturally delicious. Kway Teow was tender and chewy to bite, I hate those mushy kinds. $4.00, sounded expensive yet it was still acceptable to have ocean-catching fish.

Fried fish head soup $4 + Rice $0.50The soup consists of fried fish head, fish floss, cabbage, ginger etc. The soup had a bit of milk in it. It was quite flavourful and yummy. There was a lot of fish floss but the fish head which was the highlight of this meal, was very small and there was not much meat from the shoulder. The quality of the fish head spoilt the whole soup. If they had been more generous with their serving, it would definitely attract more customers.
