Had the curly fries at mcdonalds today. This limited time special is really yummy! Its more tasty then regular fries, and also more crisp and crunchy. The unique curls that the fries are shaped in also make this a really fun snack to eat and play with! I had this as part of a set meal, at an additional cost of $0.60, i feel that the top up fee to indulge in this special treat is totally worth it! continue reading

Had a go at my long time favourite fish filet burger, the Filet O Fish. Got to love their tartar sauce and the nice soft bun. The cheese is still disappointing, really wish they could use a better one. Nevertheless, the fish filet is nice and crispy, very soft texture. Good burger. continue reading

I had a McChicken Burger despite having the '1-for-1' Fillet O Fish ongoing promotion. The McChicken cost $2 as usual.. Except that I requested to add a slice of cheese to it, which cost $2.30 in total. The burger was juicy and the slice of cheese (same as fillet o fish's) made it tastier. I also requested to have my burger without mayonnaise, I'm not a fan of that and I'd rather have my burger plain, it's good on its own, or perhaps with just a little ketchup. This outlet has a wide area of seats, both indoors and outdoors. Also, just next door is an ice-cream parlor (island creamery) which serves yummy local home-made desserts. continue reading

It's pretty crowded here during the weekdays, with students making the majority of patrons. It's a rather small outlet so get prepared to wait for seats, unlike the bigger and much more spacious king albert park a couple of bus stops away. Nuggets served were fresh out hot and crispy! Thumbs up* continue reading
