I am a big fan of mcflurry and I always look forward to the introduction of new, exotic flavors. This time is no different, I placed an order for black sesame mcflurry ($2.80) with high expectations. The final product  didn't look as appetizing as was advertised- but the swirl of black sesame powder and rice krispy cereal in soft serve ice cream was unmistakable. Only order this if you are a big fan of black sesame.

I always get excited by new exotic dessert variations served at Mcdonalds. When I heard they were releasing a special limited durian flavour for their Mcflurry, I got curious and decided to try it the next time I pass by. The Durian Crunch McFlurry costs $2.80 and being a durian lover, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the dessert did not meet the cut for me. I observed how the Mcflurry was prepared. Essentially, the dessert is prepared with a durian flavoured syrup pumped out of a bottle and mixed into the usual soft serve ice cream and crunchy cereal bits. The durian flavouring was not well blended enough into the soft serve ice cream for me and it tasted a little off to me- perhaps a little too artificial. Next time I have a durian craving, I would rather go to an ice cream parlor that uses real durian fruit in their ice cream.

Mcdonald's has a new pie in town. I can be considered as a pie lover as I love all sorts of pies. Especially my love for Mcdonald's apple pie and pineapple pie. the pineapple pies are available only during CNY so it's a once a year affair whereas the apple pie is 24/7.Now, since there's a new pie, i though it's worth trying. However, it was a huge disappointment for me. The taro comes in chunks and they taste so "fake". Taste more like starch pieces kneaded with light violet coloring, and cooked

However, it was a huge disappointment for me. The taro comes in chunks and they taste so "fake". Taste more like starch pieces kneaded with light violet coloring, and cooked in sugar syrup. Totally OFF. Haiz...but the pie skin is acceptable as it taste exactly like the outer layer of apple pie. (Coz they are using the same recipe)

Well, paid $1.00 to buy an experience is considered cheap. lolz...

After seeing so many advertisements and commercials of McDonald's newly launched snacks and desserts, I decided to take a trip down to Macs to see if they were any good. Unfortunately, it was rather disappointing. While there were some blueberry bits inside the sundae sauce, the sauce itself had an artificial sweetness and taste which I did not particular enjoy. Think I will stick to the normal flavours in future.

Went there with friends for dinner. I ordered Chicken Mc Grill, Sundae Chocolate and Sundae Strawberry. First bite, the grilled chicken was juicy and fresh, cost only $7.30. The meat was tender and succulent but a bit oily. The burger bun was soft in texture and very nice to eat with the chicken. On a sourdough bun lies a bed of lettuce with a nicely grilled chicken fillet topped with tomato slices and drizzled with a special sauce, it was really great. The vege and tomato tasted very fresh. I like their garlic sauce, not too spicy. The sundae taste good too and it cost only $1.50, quite reasonable. It rather have strong Vanilla milk taste and it really goes well with the strawberry and chocalate. I like the strawberry as it were very fresh and not overly sweet or sour. I can even tasted the strawberry bites. Other than that, the chocolate was not bad. Its thick but its too sweet for my liking. It was very refreshing after having this sundae.

I got myself a filet-o-fish meal and ordered "upgraded" my fries to their criss-cut fries for an additional 60 cents. The fillet-o-fish burger was decent- nice breaded fish fillet slathered with mayonnaise wedged in between two soft buns. I am particularly impressed by the criss cut fries which is really addictive. It was just freshly fried, so it's still warm when it was served to me. There is an additional coat of seasoning on top of the warm potato slices which makes this particular side dish

There is an additional coat of seasoning on top of the warm potato slices which makes this particular side dish really tasty and irresistible. You can't stop at one! Each piece of criss cut fries isn't very thick, so it is easy to consume like finger food.

Ordered a Mac chicken burger set at mcdonald for dinner one evening. The set comes with a large fries and large drink. One of mcdonald's most popular is their mac chicken burger cause it filled with a thick patty of chicken meat nicely done up, lots of shredded thin cabbages and with generous amount of cream(myonise). Always enjoy chewing their chicken burger. As for their fries, it's nicely fried till golden brown in colour and sprinkle some salt onto it, you will get wonderful tasty and crisp

We were supposed to meet up with friends at Hougang Mall and we were early so we popped into McDonald to have a sit. Without much to do, we ordered drinks and fries to snack at. Was quite surprised that the fries here were not bad. The fries were hot and crispy. Fried just right as the colour of the fries was golden brown. You can the taste of flavour of the potato, something I liked. However, the staff was a bit generous with the salt so it was a bit too salty for me. I had to try to knock off

Was quite surprised that the fries here were not bad. The fries were hot and crispy. Fried just right as the colour of the fries was golden brown. You can the taste of flavour of the potato, something I liked. However, the staff was a bit generous with the salt so it was a bit too salty for me. I had to try to knock off the salt from each single fries before I can pop it into my mouth.

The restaurant was not too crowded at that time so the noise level was okay.
