My colleague had suggested to McDonalds for lunch since today is the lunch for Minions from Despicable me. McDonalds had set restrictions to the toys purchase ever since the kitty hoo-ha happened a couple of weeks back. Available only for dine in and take aways and limited to 3 happy meals per pax. McDonald's purchase process via drive through is as easy as ABC. Service is efficient as the process is split up into 2 stations, whereby customers will get to take their order via the first station and do their payments & collections at the second station. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes with little or no waiting time. Instructions and ordering process are make very clear. This time, I gave their cappuccino a shot. It beat my expectations and then some. I am not particularly a fan of fast food but when my kids wanted to have it for lunch, the whole family drove to a branch. Apparently they have something new in the menu, it is called chicken bites. It looked somewhat like kfc’s popcorn chicken but was not as crispy as kfc. However, the chicken was very tender and juicy. for a normal meal, there were 20 pieces. Cheese cake and coffeeChill out at mc cafe in the afternoon as high tea. I had this cheese cake and a cup of coffee to enjoy my day. The staff even draws a "smile" word at the plate there using the coffee sauce which makes my day more happy. The coffee cream was fluffy and milky and creamy. My sister was at West Coast Park meeting her friends. Told her to buy lunch back for me when she is on her way home. So she bought a Teppanyaki Chicken McGrill and some fries for me. The chicken is so tender and flavourful! The chicken is made from whole chicken thigh meat which is seasoned in teppanyaki marinade, and served with tomato, lettuce and chargrill sauce between a sourdough bun!
