Taste is really good, better than average, even compare with other brand name hotel buffet. it is good and with many variation, got grill, roast chichen, japanese dish, lobster, and the food u dont need to quene or stand by for waiting lobster........you dont need to quene for all of the food, even lobster, u can pick whenever food u want n dont need to quene, they keep refesh and refill all the food even lobster, when i left around 2200 but lobster still refesh n refill. This is quite good and nice.
Place is quite good and not really close to other table.
although price is around 100 per head, i still think it is worth and reasonable, i am sure will back n dinning again. i think u need for a try, once u did, u will think the rest of other hotel buffet just ok or average.

Melt is one of the most expensive buffet i tried. The buffet range was huge, there was quite a lot of food for you to choose from.I had a bit of everything but what really catches my attention/tongue bud was the chicken satays. The chicken satay came with big chunk of chickens, it did not have those oily fat chunks, It is as if the chicken satay was made with 1 whole strip of chicken meat and not small bits. The peanut gravy was normal as compared to the chicken satay. They are well grilled, no char

This is one of the best and most expensive buffet i have tried so far. There is a wide array of food .And the overall standard is good for most of the food here. They have a interesting outdoor bbq corner, where they serve roasted pork knuckles, roasted corn, satays.I was wow-ed by their cold seafood selection. There was a big section cut in the middle of the restaurant, filled with cold oysters, scallops, prawns and baby lobsters.I wasnt a big fan of cold seafood but i could see that a lot of the diner
