The outlet was located at the far end of the mall. The place was not crowded on Friday nite, when compared to its neighbouring restaurants. There was lots of seats available but I was showed to a counter seat. Rich miso pork flavoured with fried garlic oil
The soup was flavourful with strong garlic taste, but a bit too salty for me. The noodles was a bit harder than what I was used to. Xiao Long Bao ($7++)
The name of this dish was written in Japanese but the aunty who took my order told me it was xiao long bao. It looked like little balls of dumplings, with pan fried bottoms which reminded one of gyoza. The skin was thicker than gyoza, more like the chinese style handmade dumplings. Inside it was packed with minced meat and soup, similar to xiao long bao.
