Signature Dishes
Went all the way from Changi to Simpang Bedok market to buy lunch but was there is only about 3-5 stalls opened during lunch time. We decided to walk down & found Ming Fa Fishball Noodle. One look at the signage & saw that they are serving Abalone Minced Pork Noodle - $5, so we bought it for lunch.Noodles are springy and the sauce mixture is very nice. Apart from about 5 slices of abalone, there are also some minced pork, slice mushroom, pork ball, pork liver. Ask for additional vinegar for extra umph!
