The noodles are well-cooked with springy consistency and is coated with savory chilli sauce that enhances its original flavour. The fishballs are very bouncy and fresh hence exceptionally tasty. The minced meat and pig liver are also very fresh and have a fragrant porky taste. The mushrooms are well braised also.
