My friend recommended me to try this stall at the basement of Takashimaya, selling cute miniature size pastries! The range is pretty limited, selling only butter/chocolate croissant, cheese cake and imo-mochi. I got a packet of the cheesecakes which consists about 7 mini ones at $3.50! The bite size pieces makes a great snack and it is very convenient to just pop it into your mouth on the go! Really cheesy and addictive continue reading

Mini One at Takashimaya Food Hall serves mini pastry which prices are based on weight. They have a few varieties available like Mochi, Cheese cake, Sausage roll, Croissant.. and my favorite is of course the Mochi.I bought a mixture of Strawberry Whitechoco Mochi and Caramel Nuts Mochi. The Strawberry ones are only avaliable after 4pm and are their best seller. Every 100g cost S$3.00 which estimated to be around 6 - 8 pieces. The Strawberry Whitechoco Mochi has a nice strawberry flavour. It is crispy on the outside and chewy in the center. There were also white chocolate chips in it and gives it a slight crunchy effect when bite. The Caramel Nuts Mochi tasted like popcorn due to the caramel in it. It is also crispy on the outside and chewy in the center. There are bits of nuts and caramel sweet in it. Crispy and Crunchy in every bite.A very addicting food and seems unable to stop eating them! continue reading

Everything is sold in mini size which explains the brand name. Great for the kids!I love their mini cheese cakes. Though they are rather pricey, i think it was worthy.Their croissant comes in normal and chocolate flavour. I like either of both. In fact, most of their petite patries are delicious! You can mix and match to have a taste of it all! continue reading

Was wandering around Taka Food Hall when I caught a whiff of buttery croissants in the air. Decided to buy a bag of mini croissants (around $2-3). Having just returned from Europe awhile ago, where one can expect decent croissant, I have been looking for nice croissants ever since.I like that the croissants comes at bite-sized portions where you can easily finish in 1-2 mouthfuls. Even though they are mini, they sure taste as good as the standard sized croissants! They were buttery and soft on the insides. One of the nicest croissants I ever tried in Singapore!Definitely worth another visit for more and try the other flavour croissants and pastries! continue reading
