So my mum was craving for some mochi sweets and i decided to get some for her. I was also tempted to since they look so yummy in their display cases. Anyway i got a few different flavours and the shop assistant was nice enough to write it down on a thin sheet of paper which was later included in the box. This allowed customers to know which flavours they are actually chowing down later on.Anyway i quite liked the chewy consistency of the mochi sweets and they also had a little bit of filling in

Anyway i quite liked the chewy consistency of the mochi sweets and they also had a little bit of filling in them. They are like a little than half the size of your palm. Not too sweet either so i think it wouldn't be a problem chowing down on these a few at a time. Will definitely return to try their other flavours!

We were shopping around the area after lunch time and was craving for something sweet to snack on and happen to pass by this mochi sweets stall in bugis+ selling cute mochis in various flavours. And as always, I would mostly order the chocolate flavoured ones.I ordered a piece of chocolate mochi for $2.50 and mochi was served to me wrapped in paper. However as the mochi was frozen, i have to walk around with the mochi in hand while waiting for it to be thawed before eating which was quite a hass

I got 2 flavours - sakura flavour $2.80; chocolate cream $2.50. We were supposed to wait for 20 minutes for it to thaw as they were frozen. After about 20 minutes of wait, we finally ate it. The skin was already soft however for the chocolate cream, it was still quite hard inside and did not taste good. The texture was somewhat like grounded red beans. The sakura on the other hand was soft inside, tasted somewhat floral and was nicer than the chocolate cream.

Well packaged like any other japanese products. Flavours in the box are chestnut, red bean, chocolate, green tea, mango, and blueberry. It's not ice cream in the middle but rather chilled cream, and it's best to leave it in the open for about 10 mins before consumption. Taste was average and the mochi is chewy. The flavours are pre-mixed in the gift box but it's a good mix of variety

It is shaped round and has a snowy appearance and it soft and chewy when it it thawed after 20mins. When you buy it it frozen. The Sakura flavor has a nice baby pink color with light white powder that look like snow. Taste of Sakura was lightly fragrant and was not too sweet.

The Chestnut Cream has a light yellow appearance and a smooth chestnut cream.

If you buy less than 6 pieces. Each piece is individual wrapped in a wax paper which form a cone. So it is easy to hold and eat the mochi. I noticed they have a box for 6 pieces and is nice as a gift.
