Their ravioli presentation wasn't great but it was very tasty. The portions looked meager when it arrived but any more may have resulted to not being able to eat anymore. Good dish to order to share for a few pieces each. The cheese was very nice with the bread. The firewood pizza which is supposed to be their specialty didn't wow me. Though they had 2 pages full of selections, it was hard to decide which ingredients to choose and try.Their soup was quite worth it because for 1 order, the server asked if we wanted it in 2 separate bowls and it was filled to the brim. Only thing we were quite upset about was the waiter asked if we wanted garlic bread (which they charge you additional). If you don't order the garlic bread, they have bread on the house which comes with nice dips The bartender was quite open with mixing drinks according to your preferences. continue reading

celebrated my colleague's birthday here..had a voucher on 1 for 1 main course..so we ordered vongole, carbonara, portobello & funghi pizza.portobello has a very 'weird' smell despite pouring lots of tabasco sauce.it's not of my taste.funghi pizza is nice, has a mixture of salty and sweet taste, upon adding tabasco sauce, it's awesome!the pasta ain't as good as the first time when here, the pasta is kinda hard..as for the carbonara, the bacon has a very strong 'pork' smell.totally damage is about $60+. continue reading

Firstly, I must say that Modesto's Pizza was really fantastic ! As the pizzas are so huge that it is almost the same size as the plate ! It was my first time stepping into Modesto's. When i look around the area it gave me a relaxation atmosphere which put me at ease The staff was super friendly as the moment i pass by them they will smile at me and joke with me ^^ ! While waiting for the pizzas to be served, the staff serve the PANE AL BURRO D'AGLIO( GARLIC BREAD). It cost $7.50 for 6 pieces. It spread blend of black olives and fresh garlic herb butter The combination was totally awesome! **are you drooling already?** My friends and I had ordered a SALMONE AFFUMICATO regular pizza(Regualr: $22.50, Mini: $18.50) & TONNE E CIPICOLLE regualr pizza ( Regular: $19.50, Mini: $16.50)SALMONE AFFUMICATO filled with tomato, cheese, smoked salmon, capers and onions. For salty lovers i would suggest that you can give it a try For those that does not like to have a very salty pizzas, i would suggest you to try for TONNE E CIPICOLLE. It contains just tomato, cheese, tunas and onions. I could say that it taste just great I was thankful that my friend got Modesto's 1 For 1 voucher. Therefore, we had to only paid 20+ in total I am pretty sure that i would patronize Modesto's together with my friends again ! As not only the prices are affordable, the pizzas itself already made us feel super uber full ^^ ! continue reading

My friends and i were feeling hungry since we were nearby Modesto & we decided to drop by for some affordable pizza's!We ordered their $48 dinner set menu dinner for 2 (which we shared amongst the 3 of us), comes with a bowl of soup, 2 mains and dessert of choice. We were first served with complimentary bread and a olive oil and vinegar dip. The mushroom soup was next, and we loved it! It was thick, creamy and chunky, and had a lot of mushrooms in it!We had the Linguine Vongole which was great. Our tiramisu came in the end and it was a rather large piece of delicious cake, that melts in your mouth with hints of alcohol. continue reading
