MOF @ My Izakaya (Closed)

Love the egg!!! The entire plate is pretty pathetic with only half a slice of egg. It would be better if there's another half! I ended up with only spaghetti. It is really fragrant with garlicy smell on the whole. A tad too dry else it will taste perfect! Also, this is the cheapest dish amongst all! You get what you paid!

salmon meat ball tomato pasta ($10.80)never tried salmon meat ball before so I ordered this pasta. The sauce is just normal tomato based sauce and pasta (angel hair type) is al dente. The salmon meat ball is tender and rich with salmon flavour, and i can actually see there is small small bits of salmon meat inside the meat balls.

Shira Sesame Gelato Mini ($5.2)Can see that the glutinous balls are very cute right? It is really soft and Q. But can stick to my teeth also. It is tasteless,so must eat with the sesame ice cream. The sesame ice cream is very nice,not so sweet but have a strong fragrance of sesame. The combination of glutinous balls and sesame icecream is great. At the bottom,there have more concentrated sesame which makes it more delicious.

It's has been a long time i want to visit this shop,because i was attracted by the fake dessert along the corridor.There are also 2 shops beside this.Despite of dessert,MOF also sells cone icecream, look delicious.The place is quite comfortable and it is suitable to have tea time with friend.Can see that the glutinous balls are very cute right..?It is really soft and Q. The red bean is served warm and was way too sweet to be eaten on its own even the sweetest tooth among us could not stomach it ... After mixing with the glutinous balls and ice cream, the red bean is so much edible ;p Unique green bean drink, however, the 2 additional condiments are charged separately ~Soft Ice-cream are still the safest choice! ;p Portions are quite generous to be shared within 2 ;)

Went to MoF for Japanese meal and dessert after buying some groceries at Fair Price.they are having this bento promotion, it is a curry chicken bento. the curry is not too spicy and the chicken is tender and succulent. it is served together with a large portion of rice and fresh watermelon, a cooling fruit after eating curry, how thoughtful of them.

this is a soba bento with japanese steamed rice and unagi.the unagi dices were quite nice to eat as it is cooked well with seasonings.there were sesame seeds on top of the unagi.I simply like the soba with seaweed stripes they served. this is because they were quite refreshing. I enjoy dining at MOF very much

MOF is a modern Japanese restaurant that sells all kinds of creative dishes that will surprise you! The crab baked rice is very cheesy and the rice is soft and fragrant. Not forgeting the lead role: crab... is so juicy and tender. Two thumbs up! Not too bad form their seafood pasta as well as the seafood they used are very fresh. My verdict: 7/10

This ramen at MOF is very delicious. The taste of the soup is rich but not oily, and i love the tender and juicy teriyaki chicken. The ramen and even the the egg are well cooked. The price is reasonable and the waiting time plus general dining experience were great!

Chanced upon this restaurant at Ang Mo Kio Hub.Was attracted by the local menu - laksa and chicken curry; so, decided to give it a try.The menu had an extensive range of Japanese and Western food.The presentation of the coffee was pleasing to the eye - especially due to the Oreo cookie that sat pretty, next to it.The Laksa was OK, the portion was quite small, so I wouldnt say it was good value for money, but the overall ambience of the restaurany was good!The service was good, though it could ha

The picture shown an ala Carte item from MOF Japanese Sweets & Coffee. It is a Baked Rice that with pan-fried ingredients like mushroom, chestnut and shrimp. there is some spring onions as topping~ The taste for ingredients basically are sweet, salty and umami which is a pleasant savoury taste. The texture for the baked rice ball is crispy but yet slightly hard. However, the combination of the outer baked rice with the ingredients taste very nice and very match.

This is my first time eating at MOF and it really impressed me with its service! Throughout the meal, there is really minimal waiting time and environment there is also very comfortable! A good place for a break during shopping or to catch up with some friends. They have a variety of food for us to choose from and the serving is also rather big! I ordered Chicken Terriyaki Ramen and I quite like it! The soup is clear and the noodles are nicely done!

Shopping at AMK Hub and taking a rest @ MOF. A cosy place for drinks. I ordered a sesame drink and my hubby ordered a latte. A place that you can relax your legs after walking for quite a while. Its on self-service but they will provide a wooden tray for you to bring over the food and drinks to your table.
