Normally, I tend not to buy Malay Chicken Rice as I find the chicken rather dry and tough.However, I was pleasantly surprised by this Masi Ayam at the Pasir Panjang Fodd Centre.The chicken was well-flavoured, moist and tender and it came with a generous bowl of soup. The soup had a fair amount of beansprouts but was a bit too salty. The chilli accompanying the rice was more of like duck rice chilli, but it still went well with the chicken.A good alternative to our standard Hainanese chicken ri
