Being almost 10 years old, MUNCH Saladsmith has always been there to offer healthy options to the lunch work crowd. Of course, there's people like me who choose all the heavy items and end up not having a healthy lunch. Eating healthy is not just about the place you pick, but but what you pick to put on your plate!Here I have my delicious chicken leg, juicy, tender meat with a potato and bacon salad, not the healthiest option and paired with mushroom marinara, so as you can see, I'm a carb-lover. On top of that, you can also add rosti which I saw was a common favourite amongst alot of the customers here. I also got a mango juice, which had no calorie content on the back of it, so I'll just pretend it's sugar-less and has very low calories.MUNCH's motto is "We promise you'll eat no evil."They are definitely trying, but then again, if you eliminate the carb and oily rosti or the potato salad, they'll def lose the customers, but that's really just some of the evil I see at their servings tables.
