I normally try to avoid having fried beehoon at night as it can be rather oily. Anyway, as there isn't much choices, I decided to go for this since I know it taste nice from my past experience buying from them. I ordered the beehoon with yellow noodle and topped it up with fish fillet. The fish fillet is really tasty, it is well fried and the fillet is not too dry. The beehoon and noodle is also tasty without being overly greasy or salty. The yellow noodle is more towards sweet hence eating it together with the beehoon is nice since the salty and sweet flavours from the two different noodles are complementary to each other. This stall is located at a strategic location, as many passer-by who walked pass will see it.Through out the day, there will be plenty of food mostly are fried food. like luncheon meat,chicken wings, fish cakes etc...which are appealing to the hungry diners who walk passthe stall during morning or evening period. It has been a while since I ordered from this Economical Bee Hoon stall. Decided to drop by for supper with my dad the other day. We were kind of glad they are opened till quite late, we went there around 10 plus 11 and they still had a lot of food. There were rice, bee hoon, kway teow and black noodles all available to order. The ingredients also had a lot too, but the stir fry vegetable only had a little left and my dad and I were lucky to finish it. I also ordered their luncheon meat. It was pretty late around 10 plus and I was feeling kind of hungry so I dragged my sister to yew tee for supper. We were attracted to the nasi lemak, economic bee hoon stall. I ordered a plate of bee hoon and black noodle mix. The bee hoon itself is very fragrant and you can just eat it on its own. The black noodle had this sweetish taste probably cos of the black sauce they fry it with. I added three dishes, hased brown, fish fillet and stir fried vegetable. It has been a while since I ate from this stall. Happened to walked by and saw that they just fried a portion of piping hot bee hoon, could not resist and bought back a packet of fried bee hoon and black noodles. The ingredients also looked freshly fried and so tempting so I bought four ingredients. I got their fried egg, luncheon meat, hashed brown and fish fillet. The fish fillet is very juicy despite being deep fried, there is no real fish in it but mainly fish cake. The hashed brown was pretty good, comparable to those you find at various fast food chains. The luncheon meat was not really a thick slice but it was good, not too salty. Getting the bee hoon was indeed the right choice, it was piping hot and very tasty. i decided to da bao some economical bee hoon and kway teow from the nasi lemak stall at yew tee mrt kopitiam. The economical bee hoon and kway teow is really delicious. somehow it smells and taste really fragrant. I ordered fish fillet, hashed brown and stir fried vegetables to go along with my food. I want to comment most about the stir fried vegetables. Despite being stir fried, it still maintains it crunchiness. It is very tasty and goes really well with the been hoon and kway teow. The fish fillet is deep fried till very cripsy, I love to eat it with the sambal chilli that they added to the been hoon. The sambal chilli is sweetish and spicy, goes well with almost everything.
