There are total nine choices available on the buffet spread, which all looks really appetizing and presentable table layout was shown as well.  As this is a mini buffet and so the delivery man will not be coming back to collect and so the food are all packed in disposable containers and are delivered in this bag to keep the food hot. We can keep this bag after using. Great Service, thumbs up.

I won a Laksa Party Pack from Neo Garden in their FB page. It is for 10 pax so I asked my sisters to join me for the makan. Neo Garden packed this party set into very nice packaging, a great idea for a pot luck session in future! Somehow I only take one bowl of the laksa I feel so full haha didn't really eat much of it. Laksa was yummy, but kinda too oily for the gravy. Overall still ok! Worth it!

The presentation of the buffet spread will always be very neat and tidy, and the foods served are also very deliciuos too. I love to eat their deep fried scallopmeat as they are very crispy and not too oily as well. The scallop meat in it are very fresh and juicy. It may look small, but the taste is just fantastic!

Catered, there were fried ee mee, fried garden vegetables, fish, honeyed pork ribs, fried ebi prawns, spring rolls, sotong balls and fried taro. My favorite was the honeyed pork ribs, there was just something about it that made it stood out so well, it was really tasty, not ridiculously sweet and the pork meat was very tender.

The salesperson was really helpful and the order was completed swiftly without much problems, we even received a confirming sms one day before the celebration to tell us who our deliveryman was. Impressive!

The setup was alot more creative than the ones i used in the past and the food is OMG good! The guests are going for rounds of curry chicken, kong ba bau and prawn fritters till we have an empty tray at the end. Most of the dishes were gone except for the bee hoon which they gave super huge amount and we have many guests ta pau back. Many people was asking us where the food was from and that made my sister very happy that she seems like a very clever host who made a very presentable choice.

After the event, I received an email from the marketing departmeant to check if my order went well and did short survey on my experience, again, i was not expecting such good after service and my only complain was they did not provide any take away boxes (which i have to go buy in the endfor my guests) and the delivery man came 15 mins late. I think it took 2 working days for them to write me a email reply on the follow-up actions and an apology for the lateness. The whole thing was handled very professionally and I felt like they have went an exra mile to make my experience an unexpectedly good one. When i ask if who i can write a complimentary letter to, the manager suggest that I could do it in the forums so more people can share this, clever one!

So here I am, a happy customer writing a review for Neo Garden!
