Review on New Hawa Restaurant @ Changi Road (Kembangan - Opposite Shell Kiosk)In my opinion, the chef here cooks better than the one at Simpang Bedok.ServiceService here is fast. The boss here is friendly. I went there around noon and it was surprisingly, empty. Even if its packed, waiters/waitresses will come and serve you asap.Suggested daysI guess dinner hours & weekends are best to avoid as most families will gather there - be it for special occasions or the monthly meet-ups.
