The stall is located in a rather old looking coffee shop at one end of a row of old shophouses. Similar to mix rice stalls, there was a variety of dishes displayed on the shelf to go with plain rice. The staff asked if we wanted curry gravy on the plain rice. For the 2 of us, we selected braised pork belly, deep fried pork cutlet, sambal sotong, and stir fried green leafy vegetables. Total with 2 plates of plain rice, it cost about $13.70. With a can of green tea and a cup of iced milk tea, which was also ordered through the same staff, the bill came up to $15.80.My plate of rice was warm while my partner complained that hers was cold. The curry was rich and gooey, without too spicy. The green vegetables looked a bit overcooked with its dark colors. The sotong was not bad. The squid was served in huge rings, yummy without too spicy. The deep fried pork cutlet was a bit too dry. The braised pork belly was melt in mouth although it looked quite fatty.
