The numerous pieces of mutton are indeed fleshy and tasty.

What more than an entire day of rain to suit a bowl of piping hot mutton soup? The soup is great and very flavourful. I was not able to stomach it at first as the soup was a little too bitter to me. However, after adding the white vinegar, the soup tasted sweeter and nicer. The tender meat makes the meal so much more comforting.

Now this is a good place for herbal soup lovers! The herbs tend to ease off the strong mutton smell and the vinegar helps for those who want to mild down the herbal base. The meat is soft, and the bones are easily separated. The soup is really really smooth and the presentation of it is not that bad. If you are into a more herbal kind of mutton soup, this is the store for you. To a certain extent, the mutton overwhelms the soup in such a way that it's essence can be tasted just having the soup alone. The generous garlic strips and boiled garlic along with ku chai blend in well with the soup, making it rather smooth.Chilli here is solid! Must try! The yam rice is one of the best I've ever ate coming across soup stalls. Portion is well worth the money!
