We had our tea break at New Zealand Natural Cafe this afternoon & each of us ordered a waffle with ice cream ($7.50). I had chosen mango passion ice cream to go with the waffle while my colleague chosen berries yoghurt ice cream. The waffles were very yummy (comparable to gelare)! Heavenly combination & addictive! =)  They also have chocolate lava cake with ice cream which look pretty delicious too. We will definitely go back to try out other desserts/ice cream flavours in future. Thumbs up for their waffle ice cream!

The ice cream here is said to be natural and I tried the caramel chocolate crunch and it had to a of chocolate bits and cookie bits in it. The server was generous with the "one" scoop that turned out to be 1.5 scoop. And I got the new flavor promotion which was 50% off sooooo $2.60 for a single scoop icecream with a cone not a bad deal and again I enjoyed nibbling all the chocolate bits!!

I have been walking past this cafe for numerous times. I always thought this place sells mainly frozen yoghurt and ice cream. One fine day I saw the menu board actually has main meals on offer. Since I'm doing takeaway, I picked the delish looking Triple turkey club sandwich ($14). It comes with chips and mesculin salad on the side. The bread was toasted golden brown with turkey bacon, turkey ham, hen eggs, tomato and lettuce. It was really tasty! I will come back again to try their giant wraps

This place claims to make all their food fresh and natural way w/o preservatives, coloring, gelatin or animal related emulsifiers. Other than serving their signature ice creams, frozen yoghurts and sorbets, they also have hearty soups, salads, pasta, sandwiches and giant wraps on sale. After having a satisfying club sandwich the last time, I ordered a Chinese roast duck wrap. Emmm the wrap had turned soggy when I reached home...the duck meat and cucumber fillings tasted good though, I guess this

After dinner, had a sudden crave for ice cream. Walked past this place and gave a try to their ice cream. I had an impression that this shop sells very milky ice cream, but since it's my first time, I did not really care about it so much. I ordered the large cup size, and allowed to choose 3 different flavours. I chose raspberry sorbet, durian vanilla and cookies and cream. Among the 3, I enjoyed raspberry sorbet the most. Strong taste and I loved the sourish of it! I found the durian , cookies

Each piece cost $5.50 if without the one-for-one promotion.

The black forest cake taste was a little light and would be better if the berry taste is stronger.

As for the chocolate truffle, it is quite thick and it is quite nice ;D

When it is on the promotion it is definitely worth it ^^ would probably try other flavours next time.

Today Merlion Wayfarer noticed a huge sign atop the ice-cream counter at New Zealand Natural : "1 for 1 on cakes after 9pm". Errrm, but she didn't want to get whole cakes. It was only after she went in and checked with the counter staff that she realized it applied to slices of cakes too.

She had a wide variety to order from - There was a Cookies and Cream Cheesecake and a New York Cheese Cake. The colour looked almost similar. The counter staff said that they were two different types. Only the deco on it differentiated the flavour.

A New York Cheese Cake and a Tiramisu were ordered - Only $5.50 with no service charge and no GST! The cakes, albeit smaller than in many other cafes, can splashed with some caramel. Nice touch...

In goes the first mouthful... Arghz, the cream on the Tiramisu was just excessively overwhelming. By the second mouthful, it became quite gelat.

The Cheese Cake fortunately turned out ok. Nothing great, a bit hard, but fairly edible.

Most of the staff were quite helpful and friendly, but as it neared closing time, they were very anxious to go home. So it was kinda a foodcourt feeling as the lady came over and cleared the plate without any notice. Worse still, she dumped the clean serviettes onto the half-eaten cake without asking. Merlion Wayfarer gaped - Alamak, the cakes no nice to eat lah, but also no need clear so fast mah...

This is probably one of the only ice cream places in Singapore that actually serve full course meals, at a reasonable price, and tastes gastronomically great too! There's boiled egg, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and cheese inside this power packed tortilla wrap! The walnut butterscotch ice cream was delightful, creamy, buttery and had a great consistency, had chunks of walnut in there, and overall, was simply a pleasurable experience dining there. Definitely recommend.

I recently purchased two pints of New Zealand Natural's ice cream, and I've already savoured the Frostberry one! It's frozen yoghurt, and is the first time I've had it from this shop, and I recommend it ^^ It's good, it's healthy, and yes, it is natural. other than those, I remember that their Hokey Pokey ice cream is really good, it's got chewy bits in every mouthful, gotta get more this great stuff! ^^

If you cone here after 9pm, all the cakes are sold at 1-for-1. New Zealand Nutural Café is an upgraded version of the common New Zealand Ice-cream stalls. On top of the usual various ice-cream flavors and waffle cones, this New Zealand Nutural Café @ Nex also sells coffee and beverages as well as cakes, as mentioned.

The cakes were good. Sadly on a Sunday, the manager told us that most flavors were sold out already, leaving with only 4 choices left; tiramisu, chocolate truffle, hazelnut and strawberry shortcake. We took the chocolate truffle and hazelnut as recommended by the manager.

The cakes were good. Rich in chocolate cocoa flavor, fresh and heavenly. They were not too sweet that makes them too 'gelat' either. They made a great and satisfying after-dinner dessert. The cakes were garnished with chocolate syrup too, not just served plainly. Staff service was good too as the manager made it a point to also serve us water and provide napkins without requesting. He also informed us to return another day for other flavors next time.
