Was having a big feast with my fellow colleagues in this Chinese restaurant due to an invitation from our client. The restaurant is very spacious, simple and cosy. We were served with a eight course set meal, which one of my favourite dish is their ee fu noodles. The noodles are very smooth and chewy, which is filled with the nice fragrant from the thick oyster sauce gravy used in it. Generous amount of sliced chinese mushroom are added in it which make this dish even more fragrant. Moreover the added beansprouts also make every mouthful of it very crunchy too. Like their white pepper crabs as they are really fresh and only prepared upon order. The crabs they used for this dish are quite big and meaty. Lots of white pepper has been used to cook this dish which has really enhance the flavour of it. Lots of spring onions are topped on it before cooked to add on more flavour to it. The crab meat is indeed very juicy and fresh. Would want to try their chilli crabs during my next visit. Nice to have it with a bowl of fragrant hot rice as well. continue reading

Loves the cereal prawns here as the prawns they use are quite big and even though it is deep fried,the roes from the prawn's head are still oozing when i conquer the head.The cereal coating the whole prawns are fried to prefection that the prawn meat is juicy and not dry and smells great too.Another good dish here is the steam crabs and even though it's not cheap,i think we paid about $70 for the crabs,it's delicious.They use big sri lanka crabs which has firm meat and they steam with nice mixture of sauces with lots of thinnly sliced long gingers and egg white and tastes real sweetness,not from sugar. continue reading
