Buying crab dinner for some ‘ang mo’ friends from Perth.We ordered Fried Sea bass, crispy fried whole fish was flavorful but the fish meat is abit tough. Kung Pow Scallop, sweet, spicy and sour sauces coats every pieces of fresh chewy scallop topped with crunchy cashew nuts, delicious.Braised tofu and Stir Fried Broccoli was alright tasting. You definitely gonna try their signature dish from No Signboard Seafood and that is the Cereal Prawns. The prawns were deep fried to a perfection that it is so crispy that you can even eat together with the shell as well. Not only that, the prawns was fry along with generous amount of cereals that was cooked in slightly fiery butter sauce that adds a kick to your appetite. I suggested this dish should go along with rice as the cereals combines really well with white rice that makes you feeling hungry already. I'm so in love with these deep fried butter chicken. Somehow, it gave me an addiction to eat that every time enter No sign Board I would order these with plain rice. I love how it season. No only seafoods are good here, you should also not neglect on their other dishes such as their vegetables and meats dishes. One of my recommendation will be their butter fried chicken. Really big portion and the chicken has been marinated well before they deep fried it. The meat is not tough and really juicy. There are also lots of sliced onions, diced peanuts and sweet chilli sauce topped on it which almost make this dish taste like 'chinese rojak'. Really nice to eat it with fragrant plain rice as well.
