After newspaper reports of the bubble tea pearls containing some kidney failure causing chemicals, many were very wary about drinking bubble tea. I ordered the honey milk tea (without pearl! haha! kiasi (scared of death)) with a sugar level of 50% then decided to go even lower as the honey would make it sweet too.
I can't recall the price but I believe it was around $2.40 for the medium sized one and $3.50 for the large one. If I ever have my cravings I will definitely come back here to get my quick fix if I happen to pass by!
