Hiding at the corner in the Orchard Shopping Arcade, this tiny Japanese restaurant, Okonomiya House, tends to be the favourite of Japanese expats. During our course of dining, I have seen quite a few Japanese customers. We ordered the Kaisou ramen with seaweed ($15). The generous amount of seaweed is pleasant to chew on, but also causes the soup to be slightly too salty. The ramen noodles itself is a star, the texture is chewy yet crunchy, very nice. It would be better if it's served with onsen
