Who doesn't love fried food despite being sinful and unhealthy! But i guess it's ok to indulge once in a while.... Just eat in moderation! =) For convenience, Old Chang Kee had lots of different locations. I'm sure it's quite easy to satisfy your cravings! Lately for me, i really start liking their curry puff. Texture of the skin is actually pretty good. Quite a good amount of sardine filling for $1.40. Even my grandma enjoyed the chicken version too. continue reading

My colleague bought us tea break snacks! From what I know, Old Chang Kee was famous of their Curry Puffs which showed below. Besides, they were selling a wide range of fried goodies such as fried nuggets, fried chicken wings, fried crab claws and etc.As we all know, Curry Puff was a fancy pastry where it was delicious and popular. One thing I want to emphasize here was, the ingredients inside the curry puffs were generous. I ate this fishball, nothing special, it just a common taste and tastier if you serve along with chilli sauce. continue reading

The fried popiah at "Old Chang Kee" was nice and tasty, only except that I find their curry spice was abit too strong for my taste. After muching a few mouthfuls, I feel a little bit spicy. If only they can reduce the spice used for their fillings,it would be much more better. As for their fillings wise,it was of generous amount and good enough for the fried popiah. continue reading

I really do not know what you call the food item photo below. I only know it as "jian dui" and it has fillings inside. The item was deep fried so that the outer layer will be cripsy and it was coated with sesame seeds, as you can see. The sesame seeds give out a very fragrant aroma and I cannot resist it. The dough was quite soft and a bit sticky, so that you can have a good time chewing it. The more you chew, the nore tasty you will find it to be. Quite yummy and it costs only $0.90. continue reading
