We started our meal with a Santa Fe Chicken Noodle Soup ($12). The soup was surprisingly refreshing and delicious, in contrast to its physical appearance. The avocado slices inside actually complemented the soup perfectly.

The Chilli Cheese Fries ($16) were delicious and the Chilli itself was a tad bit spicier than the more classic tasting ones I've had before.

The Mac & Cheeks ($24)was good but not fantastic. However, the beef cheeks fall apart beautifully and was really tasty. The cheese itself was alright but not worth mentioning.

This is their level 10 spicy wings ($18). Tasted just like biting into chilli padi. Honestly, it was bearable for people who can handle heat. The great thing was that the intense spices did not over power the actual taste of the wings which were delicious.

The Sea Bass ($28) was seasoned well and paired up well with the corn polenta. However, it was not the best thing we had. Safe choice for those who are less adventurous.

The spicy linguine ($22) had a very unique taste. It was not creamy but it was not dry. This was made possible by the cheese that was tossed with it. The shrimps were slighly overcooked and had a very slight rubbery texture of frozen freshwater prawns.

The highlght of the meal was the truffle burger ($28). Although the burger patty itself was more overcooked that I would normally prefer, it was seasoned to perfection. Paired up with the soft Brioche buns, makes a perfect and filling entree.

Grilled Chicken Burger ($20) with bacon and lettuce. Tasted average. Nothing that surprised or intrigued me. The chicken was tad overcooked as it was breast meat.

My friend and i started off with the Happy Hour promotion 1 -1 Erdinger! Super shiok cause i was feeling hot while walking to OverEasy. I decide to try burger for my first visit and i opt for the recommended one by the staff - The "To Dir For" Burger $20 + $2 top up for a sunny side up! This was pretty good and satisfying with a good portion. The fries was quite nice too!

May opt for outdoor seats for my next visit and for those who like to chill out after work but haven't been here yet, it's time to plan a visit =)

It is always bustling with after-work crowds and hearty music, allowing its patrons to unwind and totally relax. By night, especially, the laser shows opposite adds enchantment to Over Easy, hence it is good to chill alfresco.

We started with their Handcut Haystack Fries with Parmesan & Rosemary - seen many people ordering it. The golden-ness of the fries looked very enticing, and they were very crispy. Sprinkled with rosemary and parmesan cheese, the fries were rather delicious, and good for munching over drinks.

Then we also tried their other signature - Cheesesteak Sliders - mini little burgers that were delicious. The sweet bread were crispy and melted in the mouth, the melted cheese an added touch of deliciousness to the very tender, medium rare mini beef patties. It took me 4 to 6 bites to polish one off, nibbling slowly, but I believe there are those who could just pop these bite-size delicacies in one or two mouthfuls.

As for the food, i think that it's just normal. My friends and i were there to celebrate a friend's birthday. I ordered the eggskillet, thinking that it is something special but it turns out really quite disappointing. Firstly, the whole set is not serve hot. I thought since it's in a skillet, it should be hot? Apart from that, the sausages and sauteed mushrooms are just normal (sauteed mushroom serves cold). The price i paid ($18) not worth it for the skillet. My friend ordered the truffles mac and cheese ($12) and it tasted not too bad.

Overall, i'll recommend the place for it's ambience. Great place to chill and grab a drink chit chat with friends.

Comfort food such as fries, burgers, snacks make up the pretty comprehensive menu. There is also an all-day breakfast section and a few pasta dishes. The alcoholics are sure to find something in their wide range of drinks.

The Spicy Wings with Blue Cheese Dressing ($18 for 6 wings, below) caught my attention. There were 4 spiciness levels to choose from: Wimp, Average Joe, Hot Stuff, Crazy Mofo. Not wanting to be called wimp, average or crazy, we proudly declared we wanted Hot Stuff to the server. Not for the faint-hearted as it was rather spicy in my opinion. Dip the chunky smoky wings in the accompany blue cheese dressing and it delivered an unique sour and spicy taste. But too spicy for my liking.

Since they were unabashed enough to declare that their cheese steak sliders ($16 for 6, below) are famous in their menu, we just had to get it.. These ultra mini burgers look so cute! I could just pop one entirely into my mouth. Fork-tender steak coupled with savory melted cheese - an addictive mix.

Do they really handcut the handcut haystack fries ($12, below) with Parmesan cheese and rosemary? I don't know the answer but they were crisp and not oily. Pretty normal.

Servers were attentive and refilled our ice water promptly. However, we witnessed the ruining of a Chanel bag that belonged to a customer. One of the servers accidentally poured beer on it. R.I.P. Chanel bag.

While there is an indoor dining area which would be perfect for a hot and humid night, my preference would be the al-fresco area by the river. Don't you love the view? It's like I was in a energy-filled place with groovy pop blasting in the background, and yet at the same time, feeling serene and chilled looking at the calm river and MBS that was opposite the river. I wouldn't mind sitting all night and staring at this view.

I say, easy way to start the weekend.

The pesto was very overly oil diluted.

The result?

Every strand was coated generously with oil.

And since everything else was vegetables, it was bland and very painful to eat.

Even though it was such a measly offering.

I'd pay for the view and to rest my legs after the walk over. but never this pasta again.

Dinner @ One Fullerton's Overeasy - A nice place to chill out with your friends or loved ones...

Indoor (aircon) and alfresco (Smoking and non-smoking area)

by the time my partner and i was there, the alfresco non-smoking area which have the normal table seats are all occupied... only left the smoking area (tall tables with high stools) and you need to bear the occasion breeze of "not so fresh air" (if you know what i mean) haha.

Eggs Skillet (Scrambled eggs $16) overall wasn't really great.. just ok only...

Pan-seared Sea Bass with Spinach and Corn Risotto (Thumbs up, worth $26++) Spinach and Corn risotto really rich and nice... and the sea bass is just nice! worth the $26++ bucks...

Truffle Fries (Crunchy enough but it is a little too ex for just shoe string fries even though it is "truffle fries", although the portion is fairly big for $12)

White Peach Bellini Champagne (nice nice.. $21,) and IBC Root Beer Float ($10)

the good thing about sitting in the alfresco area is because you get to see the people walking by, and the view of Marina Bay sand is great too!

But service was a bit bad... i called for the bill for 3 times..

Went to chill out and have dinner at Overeasy after work on Friday recently. Craving for Macaroni and cheese so ordered and gave it a try. TO my surprise, it really taste great. normally food in bars do not really taste good and comprises of mostly finger food. recommended to give it a try for those who have not. the price of the dish not very expensive only $ 12.90 and plus a drink during happy hour will only bring you to about $20. nice chill out on a friday.

The mini burgers served at Overeasy is a very interesting concept. It costs $1 for each mini burger which consists of beef patty and lettuce in between. The mini burger served as finger food and is relatively easy to munch. It tastes good as it is freshly baked from the oven. I like chilling at Overeasy as the ambience is great.

Came here for after-work drinks with my friends, and conveniently had my dinner here. Was ushered to the lounge area, which was cosy for drinks and conversation.

The menu has some quirky food names - "To Die For" Burger. Hahaha! Love these unique names. I ordered the "Super Club Sandwich", while one friend really ordered the "To Die For" Burger! Hahaha! The other friend got himself a Portobello Burger. We also ordered some Spicy Wings and could choose the spiciness level ranging from Wimp to Average Joe to Hot Stuff to something else. I'm not about to settle with the 1st 2 levels and we went ahead with "Hot Stuff"!

The Spicy Wings looked red hot! And I tell u, it was really spicy!!!! Thank God I had Heineken nearby to put out the fire in my mouth!!! And I only had 2-3 bites the whole night! Can't even finish off 1 drumlet! Oh, I have to mention that it was also too salty. Reminds me of Nando's, the spicier, the saltier!

My Super Club Sandwich was HUGE! I'm pretty sure it was meant for more than 1 pax. Nonetheless, the sandwich was DELICIOUS!!! It was served with tapioca chips in the middle but some parts of it were softened by the sauce from the sandwich. And, so much for my plan of ordering a sandwich so I could pinch on finger food later! I ate only 3 out of 4 sandwiches and couldn't even drink more cos' I was so full after that!!!

My friend who ordered the "To Die For" Burger said that it was really good. Ok, that's next on my to-try list!! As for the other who ordered the Portobello Burger, the burger was really cute!! There were 2 huge Portobello Mushrooms in his burger!!! I mean, I never knew Portobello Mushrooms were that huge! 2 could fill the area of a burger bread! Hahaha!

During Happy Hour, Heineken/Erdinger draught was going for 1-for-1 w UOB card. Really useful to tackle the spicy wings and fill up with human petrol! D

The ambience was really comfortable, though I kind of regretted not seating al fresco for the beautiful view. However, halfway through my drinks, there was a family who brought their kid in and sat at the lounge area too. I was really irritated as I don't believe I was drinking in a family restaurant!!! They really should set an age limit for this place. Thankfully, the family was ushered outside later. Spoiler!

Total Cost: Super Club Sandwich - $16
Heineken Draught (1-for-1) - $6
