Palio has quite a reasonable lunch set so we decided to go to Palio when we were at Resorts World Sentosa. They have a 2 course set consisting of an appetizer and pizza or pasta for $25++, and a 3 course set with an added dessert for $30++. We went to Palio on Thursday night 7pm. We ordered the Signature Seafood pizza ($28) and pasta with Rabbit meat ($28). We were served bread as appetizer. We went to Palio on a busy Friday night, where all the indoor seats were taken, left only the outdoor. Staffs were too busy to attend to every table, hence service wasn't too satisfying. Indoor is equipped with an open-concept kitchen, where diners can watch how their pizza is made. Dinner kicked off with the complimentary buns served with the fresh-made tomato-like dip. There was a special dessert of the day when we were dining here which I tried. It was an orange meringue tart served with white chocolate ice cream. Unfortunately it was quite a disappointment. The tart meringue was not smooth and tasted old. The ice cream that came with the tart was also pretty icy and the garnish was extremely bitter tasting probably from overcooking in the oven.

Looking for a great place to celebrate events like birthdays or anniversaries? This place will surely suit you! While being located at Sentosa means a little inconvenient to get there, (especially during weekdays), this place is famous for it's pizzas at western cuisine!Despite being slightly costly, the food is worth as they not only look appealing but the taste is good as well!Ambience and atmosphere most suitable for a romantic date!

Palio has really good pizzas and pastas. Order a main for yourself and a pizza to share. The desserts here are also quite impressive. I had a chocolate tart with cocoa sorbet and hazelnuts. The tart had a crispy base paired with a very rich heavy chocolate filling very decadent. The sorbet was really good too. It was smooth and creamy and complemented the tart very well.

This is the second time I visited this restaurant and I am pleased to say that the food and service are consistently good. Ordered the squid ink pizza and the ravoli which are quite tasty. However, I feel that the chef can be more generous with the serving of the ingredients for the pizza. As for ravoli, I think the serving is smaller than I have expected and hence, I feel that it is not value for money. Nevertheless, the service is prompt and the ambience is good. great variety of pizza and pasta in the menu, slightly pricey but quite reasonable for a restaurant in a resort. i ordered squid ink pizza, find it really delicious it was very chessy and tasty and the crust was crispy and well baked. service was also good, and we did not have to wait too long for our food even though it was a friday night will definitely patronise again!

I was at sentosa with a couple of friends for a day of sun at the beach. We decided to treat ourselves to something really nice. One of our friends who worked at resort world before suggested we go to Palio to try out some authentic italian food. When I thought about italian food, the first thing that came to my mine was pizza. And there we were ordering some delicious pizza from Palio. There pizzas were really good, the chef really put in effort to make it. their ingredients were quite a lot. T

The pizza made there has original Italian flavor. All the ingredients are imported from Italy. I specially like the Pizza Michael served with seafood, which is very delicious! The oven for baking pizza is in the open area that you can see how the chef prepare the pizza from scratch. I heard that they're also offering set lunch. They also serve dozens of wine list that most are imported from Italy. Really a nice Italian restaurant.
