I mean, who doesn't like to eat XLBs? Who can resist these juicy pearls of goodness that just explode in your mouth?? It gets even better when you have a wide variety of interesting flavours! This is what you get at Paradise Dynasty when you order the Tasting Platter, which offers you one of each flavour. I personally adore the truffle one and the cheese one the most! A must-try if you're a XLB lover!

Paradise Dynasty is one of the best places for a simple meal and their xiao long bao is also great, arguably comparable or better than that of Din Tai Fung's. We had their xiao long bao, which were piping hot and the broth was very rich in taste. I also had their fried rice with egg - a common dish but fills your tummy easily; I would prefer din tai fung's fried rice with prawns though.

While the market continues to rock on their colorful xlbs. We joined in that madness and ordered steamers after steamers of xlbs. Crab, meat, garlic, truffles. Like that. The colours of the xiao long baos attracted me to give it a try since it was something that was quite unique and I really love xlbs. It was unfortunately a disappointment. Most of the flavours (such as cheese, truffles) did not seem to complement the xiao long baos well. My favourite has got to be the original one. The quality of their xlbs were good though. Verdict: I would not order this again.

I guess these 2 dishes are the most-often ordered in Paradise Dynasty. I have tried their colouful xiao long baos some time ago, but still preferred the original one. I had the sliced pork la mian, which was good - chinese style ramen(?); the soup was very flavourful but not overly salty, and at around $10, pretty reasonably priced and portion was good. Like the egg as well.

There is almost always a long queue at Paradise Dynasty ION. Joining the frenzy, my friends and i went to taste their signature 8 flavour xiao long bao (pork dumplings).
