Pau Talent (Closed)

This chinese version of pan-fried "pancake" costs just $1.50 and it is so big (bigger than my face) and very filling! It is kind of plain-tasting but there is a little bit of onion taste in it. Even though it is very big and value for money, I find that it is very easy to get sick of eating this as there is no one appealing taste that makes you want to have more. Nevertheless, if you like bread, you can try this out! It is only slightly oily which is good

Nowadays there are many bread talent stalls opened around Singapore. Today I passby Bukit Batok MRT and saw another Talent stall, it was called Pau Talent.This Pau Talent sells mostly chinese steam buns. I bought a Pork Bun at $1.60. The size of the pork bun was very big. The pork bun had very stiff dough, it was neither airy or fluffy. The skin of the bun was also very thick.
