It is my first time eating at Phoenix Indian restaurant and was amazed by the designs and the taste of the food. If you dine-in, you will notice some arts are pasted on the walls, with 3D effects. They have lots of dishes such as chicken Briyani which cost about $9.50 and chicken fried rice which cost $7.00. I tried the soup, mushroom soup and sweet corn veg soup, both were nice. Their rice has a special taste, which was different from any other Indian restaurant.I went with my friend and we are satisfied with the services provided by the staff there. With awesome food, services and no gst charges, do try this restaurant! Website: www.phoenixindianrestaurant.com/Menu: www.karusindianrestaurant.com/ continue reading

Well, it is my first time going to that restaurant to eat, my friend and i ordered a curry fish head that seems to have a reasonable price and look appetizing. After the food came, it does look appetizing but don't know if it is really nice, so i had a bite. The curry is not too spicy but it just had some kind of sense of Indian. The fish head is not bad as it doesn't taste fishy nor does it smell fishy. The meat don't really have taste, It all depended on the curry. In the end, we scooped the fish fast and finished all of them as you can see in the pic. continue reading

We had lunch at the Phoenix Indian Restaurant, a small restaurant hidden amongst the private residential estate of Phoenix Heights. Not many know about this cosy place as it is tucked away among a row of shophouses. We first tried the starters - mutton kebab - it was absolutely sizzling good!We had briyani rice together with tandoori chicken and fish tikka. The fish tikka was my favourite - it was something different from the usual fish tikka, marinated with a special flavour that made it outstanding! Of course, we did not forget to try the naan - a must at North Indian restaurants - and we were not disappointed. The garlic naan was especially yummy! We also had mixed vegetables on the side.At the end there was no more room for dessert, so we settled for hot coffee instead.Looking forward to going back for more... continue reading
