The pig organ is well clean and cooked, does not have the raw smell and have a soft and tender texture. With the addition of the Chinese parsley, it helps enhance the flavour of the soup. The yam rice is also well cooked, nice and fragrance with small cubes of yam in it. I decided to try the Kway Chap from this stall. I ordered the set meal. one thing about their kway i like is it is very smooth and slippery, if you do not clip properly with your chopsticks, it will easily slide off. the soup for the kway chap is so tasty, not too salty. the ingredients such as the pig's intestine is really good, cleaned properly too. their chilli sauce is a must take, it goes well with the ingredients, when you add some into the soup, it makes the soup taste sour and spicy at t
