Pin Xiang Economic Rice (Closed)

I do think paying $3.00 for such a big packet of rice with 2 meats and 1 vegetable is quite a good deal. It tasted pretty average but the serving per dish is rather generous. I opted for the curry sotong, sweet & sour pork and mixed vegetables. The pile of mixed vegetable is a 'rojak' of carrots, bean sprouts, long beans, brinja and some achar, strange combination but it tasted pretty alright though. Anyway, if you want something simple yet filling and cheap then this is a good choice.

I had my order after a queue of about 15 minutes which was pretty longas it was packed during lunch time.I ordered a luncheon meat, stewed cabbagesas well as a steamed egg.It tasted pretty average , at least the items were not over salty or loaded with msg.Quite healthy i would say.I may come again to try other food items.
