Although the unit no state #01-309, this pizza hut is actually located at the 2nd level inside Courts. Not a location very easily spotted unless you stayed in Clementi so naturally, it's not very crowded even on a Sunday. Although the staff cleared the tables promptly but 1 to 2 houseflies were spotted flying around. Ordered starter of Criss Cross fries with Sweet and Spicy drumplets. I love this two combination but I wished that the Criss Cross fries serving can be more.To celebrates X-Men movie, this new pizza called the "X-treme pizza" topped with spicy chicken chunks, roasted chicken, turkey bacon, shitake mushrooms, parsley and nacho cheese drawn in the letter "X" was launched. I felt that the X could be drawn bigger.Desserts to end my meal.

FoodWe went for pizza hut for gathering in a group of 10.Ordered 2 sets of the Fortune Feast Meal which comes with a Regular fortune pizza, chicken soup, Lychee green tea per set.We had the soup of the day, cream of chicken. It was served warm.I like the Lychee Green tea. However there isnt much green tea taste, its more of the lychee syrup taste. It comes with 2 lychees.We had selected the hawaiian pizza for one of the set. I always order their Hawaiian pizza and Pizza Hut's standard is always there.Pepperoni Pizza is of the standard pizza hut taste. we also order 6 Wings at $5 per plate. Every part of the wings is evenly marinated and sweet tasting roasted. Thumbs up!The Hut Platter costs $10.00, consist of calamari, fried prawns,criss cross fries and spicy drumlets.This is the main that everyone is looking forward to as it is in a coin shape. This is only available during Chinese New Year period. We were given some properity crackers The Stuff crust pizza has sticky nacho cheese hidden in the circumference of the pizza. The cheese is very rich.ServiceService is very good. Since we have reserved the seats, they had called us half hour in advance to confirm our attendance. Also, for their service, its very prompt.AmbienceThe ambience is quiet, not much dine in customers - that is why we had chosen our gathering there! They are mainly catering delivery service.PricePrice is very standard across pizza hut!Recommendations / TipsIt's very good for big group gathering.

My impression of Pizza Hut have always been good, since i've dined at their different outlets several times before. However after visiting the branch at Clementi I was really disappointed with their service!I would say the service crew was quite polite. However the duration of the time we had to wait for our food to be served was totally ridiculous! We waited for more than 40 mins and most of us were starved by then. The bill also took a really long time to arrive! I feel that it is a total waste of my time. What if i was in a rush? The refilling of water wasn't prompt as well. I will never visit that outlet again!

Try to avoid peak hours as the restaurant can be quite noisy due to the amount of students.Food is average. I always order their Chicken Ole. One of my favourite baked rice to choose from. Hawaiian pizza is good too.The set meals are good with drinks and appetitisers. Nowdays they always have promotion. Example for citibank card holders.
