Egg tart is a classic pastry commonly found in Hong Kong. Perhaps Polar is not really known for their egg tarts, but I just cannot resist the egg tarts with yummy-looking.It was so fanstatic with buttery and crispy tart shell while silky smooth custard inside. An excellent and successful egg tart for me where the moist custard was so mouth-watering.I like a perfect balance of crisp pastry and pillow-soft centre. Today, my hubby and i company my father in law to Tang Tock Seng Hospital to do his medical check out. We did not drove down to the hospital as my hubby car sent in for servicing. We took MRT down to Novena MRT Station and walk pass through Novena Square 2. We did not take our breakfast and we saw our favourite POLAR store and we bought 3 pieces of swiss roll for each of us. Each swiss roll cost $1.20. It soft and taste good. continue reading
