This is my favourite stall when comes to having my wanton noodles in the soup version.  Have tried a few stalls selling this same dish, but only here as at now has the best sweet and nice wanton soup base here. The stall assistant is helpful and friendly.  This stall is clean and tidy, and also has nice bright  food label signage outside this stall as well.  For the price of $3.50 per serving, is priced reasonably. The handmade noodles are really chewy and never really stick together.  Char siew meat is tender and juicy and portion is generous as well.  The wanton inside, which is the main hero of this dish, is very smooth in texture and the minced meat inside is chewy and sweet.  Fresh crunchy chye sim also added that extra nutritional value to this yummy dish as well. Even the preserved cut green chillis are appetizing and goes well with the noodles. continue reading

It was an early dinner with my brother. Both of us ordered Wanton Noodle. It consists of 2 fried wanton in the noodle and also a bowl of soup with 2 non-fried wanton. We can also ask the level of the spicyness for our dish. The price is considerably cheap for what we were given and the taste of the noodle is very chewy. Love it. continue reading

this small outlet provides a unique version of the wanton noodles that is popular in Malaysia, was there around 2+pm, not many people there, environment was clean too(no left over plates)Ordered wanton mee. Mixed with soya sauce, chilli, or both, the noodles are thicker than the usual mee from neighbourhood kopitiam. Most importantly its the fried wanton that is awesome,, which is deeply fried to the point where it is really crispy and creates a "melt-in-your-mouth" feeling.Overall: will come again with friends ! continue reading
