Signature Dishes
I love bouncy fishballs and even better if there is filling inside! The only kind of fishballs that has meat filling in it are known as Foochow fish balls! It is quite rare to find stalls selling these as each fishball requires it to be handmade and in this day and age, few people would actually make the effort to do so. I didn't expect the fishball to have the minced pork filling as my dad just takeaway from an ordinary noodle shop at the food court! It was really a good surprise and I am happy to have found this stall nearby my house!

The peanut sauce for this satay bee hoon is not too thick nor grainy. I do not like the sauce with too much grounded peanut. I could even smell the fragrant of the sauce from a distance when I transfer this take away packet.The ingredients added to the satay bee hoon includes shredded cuttlefish, thinly sliced pig liver, lean meat, cockles, bean sprouts and some spinach. I have requested for extra ingredients of additional $1.00Total: S$5.00 for this take away.This dish is a cultural fusion dish of the Malay Satay and Chinese Bee Hoon. Have you wonder how the dish is known as Satay Bee Hoon? The peanut sauce taste and looks almost the same as the gravy served with satay so this is how the name is derived.
