A couple of friends and I went to ps café to celebrate one of our friend’s birthday. We ordered the double chocalate blackout, their signature dish. It was awesome. The portion was rather large and I had to share with with two of my friends. It is very sweet and fattening. However, when you put it into your mouth, you will just overlook how sinful it is. The ice cream goes well with the cake. A contrast in texture, the smooth ice cream really slide down your throat. Awesome!

The first thing that we did when we enter the shop was to ask what does PS cafe stands for. Sounds a bit dumb, but we wanted to know since we went there a few times without even knowing the name. The waitress seemed a bit stunned, but, i guess very few of the customers asked that. The first thing that we did when we enter the shop was to ask what does PS cafe stands for. Sounds a bit dumb, but we wanted to know since we went there a few times without even knowing the name. The waitress seemed a bit stunned, but, i guess very few of the customers asked that.

Back on the main track, PS cafe is one of those restaurant out there that is reasonably priced and yet, have a great ambiance. The selection of main courses are not exactly the widest out there but all that i have tried so far are pretty decent.

I had the green garden lasagna this time round. The name of it sounds so healthy. And the taste did not disappoint, especially with the mushroom and cheese, one of my favorite combination. Presentation of the food is extremely important, i have realised. Taking away the salad at the top, this dish looked absolutely disgusting, so try to keep the top intact during meal.

A few of us decided to check out the PS cafe located at Harding road, near dempsey road. We were told that the environment there is nice and off we went for our usual food hunt. This bistro is actually located at one corner but I think you have no problem locating it. My friends and I actually took a walk around the area since there were quite a number of shops to look at. If you can't find the place, you can always ask around and you will be directed to this place. Best to visit after lunch ho

Best to visit after lunch hour or before dinner, because that is the most busiest time and crowded.

Anyway, back to the food. We ordered their famous double chocalate blackout $14.90
Do take note that it is quite a big portion so it is wise to share among few friends. (and not forgetting how sinful it is)

 Overall, we have a lovely time and the food is just delicious. Although it is kinder pricey, especially for those who is on a budget side, I think it is ok to indulge once in a while. Two thumps up for PS cafe.

First time at PS cafe, the ambience was really nice and soothing. Washrooms were filled with fresh flowers at the sink and took over more than half of the sink area! Even the pathway leading into the cafe was littered with frangipanis!The truffle fries came in a large plate. It was more than enough for 3 people to share. The truffle taste was evident with the very first bite of the fries, and fries were fried till they were golden brown and crispy!

ps cafe has always been known for its great ambience. i was here 2 weeks back for my friend's 22. he was really generous and gave us a treat for his birthday. the total bill came up to more than 700$ including desserts but he said it was worth it. i had the roast beef sandwich which was good as i could request to have the sliced beef cooked to medium well. the salad were fresh, tossed with mayonnaise and the side fries were sprinkled with pepper and parmesan cheese. Service was pretty average but they made it a point to refill our water as soon as our glasses started to get half empty.
