Took around 8 minutes before I can pick up the food over at their pick up counter.  Curry gravy was thick and creamy, which really towards my liking.  As for the chicken meat, the portion was generous and the chicken meat texture is tender and juicy.  Even the few pieces of potato are soft and easy to chew as well. Paid $5.50 for this bowl of local delight, which is affordable.

This food stall is always crowded with many customers and you will feel abit warm and squeezy here.  Service was alright but could have been more friendly.

I had the Nasi Lemak at this stall and was quite disappointed with the food served. They have a few sets to choose from and I got one of the pre-determined sets but I changed the chicken wing that comes with it to ikan bilis. Besides which, it came with otah, fish and cucumbers. The otah tasted quite hard, and wasn’t nice to eat at all. The fish was better and they gave 2 pieces which was quite generous. But like the otah, feels as if it has been left for some time after being cooked and felt cold when eating it. Still, the fish was quite salty and palatable. The chilli is super spicy though! Wished there was more of the anchovies in the ikan bilis to lend somemore flavour to the ikan bilis.

I was on the way home from Changi and got to transfer bus at Far East Plaza. Feeling hungry, I quickly went in to buy a packet of rice since I was sort of in a hurry to get home. Bought a packet of rice with a chicken drumstick, a portion of sausage and a portion of sambal kangkong. Chicken was very tender and tasty; sambal for the kangkong was not to spicy, but the sausage was a bit bland thou. The downside of it is... ... this packet of rice cost $8!

Was in a hurry to get home as I need to bring my nephew for some school activity, so I pop-by to buy a pack of nasi lemak from Punggol Nasi Padang while on my way home. A pack of Nasi Lemak with 1 Chicken Wing, 1 Otah & some peanuts costs $4.50. The rice doesn't even have the coconut fragrance. I also added on a portion of Sausages stir fried with onions & ketchup which costs a whopping $2! I also realized that they did not put in sambal at all & I have to use my own belacan for my nasi lemak!

Past by this food stall when I was window shopping along orchard road. Took nearly 15 minutes before my 3 pieces of pratas and curry sauces (at $3.90, which per plain prata is $1.30) are ready for my pick up over at their counter. The prata here could consider the more healthier version as it is not too oily nor salty. The curry gravy was really tasty, which is not too spicy and blend in well with the pratas. Yup, just your regular chicken chop. I wouldn't mind having the chicken chop again for lunch because it's convenient but the place is extremely stuffy which kinda puts me off. It's just like eating at a hawker centre where you can feel the oil in the air and know that the stench would definitely stick to your clothes. Besides, the food here isn't that fantastic also.

It was quite small for the price i paid... makes me think that this shop wanna go back to where they came from.. Small, not filling and only served with a miserable bowl of curry. Usually it is served with coconut gravy and coconut chili gravy but disappointment was high..

I wasnt fussy and ate it anyways.. thanking God for giving this food to me as a blessing..

It was the first time I tried their nasi and I'm disappointed. The vegetables were a little too salty for my taste, and the chicken drumstick were not fried thoroughly (there were bits of blood close to the bone when I bit into the meat. Yuck). The plate of rice cost $5.60. Worth it or not, you be the judge.

The banana prata ($3.50) was a first for me. I always thought that it would be weird to have fruits with prata, but the combination was surprisingly good and quite refreshing! The banana slices were hidden inside the prata and they were sort of "cooked" and warm. Reminds me of goreng pisang actually - just that instead of the crispy fried flour coating, it is replaced with a not as crispy prata. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the banana prata.

Anyway, the Egg Mushroom prata that I ordered turned out to be a Cheese Mushroom prata when I started eating it. The aunty at the counter confused my order with my colleague's, plus I also heard from my colleague that she charged him a different price than what was listed on their menu! Definitely not the best service you would expect to get for the price.Their Cheese Mushroom was average.

Can't really complain, but also can't say that it has excellent food. Probably just your typical, average prata shop.

One of the best Mushroom Cheese Prata I've ever tasted! Every piece is freshly made and piping hot.

Usually when I eat prata that has cheese, I'll eat the corners first and then the centre last because the middle portion has all the wonderful savoury goodness in it. BUT for the Mushroom Cheese Prata at Punggol Nasi Padang (Far East Plaza), every corner of the prata was oozing with cheese! And in all the cheesy goodness, there were loads of mushroom in it too. You can literally taste each piece of sliced button mushroom swimming in cheese. Dip it in some spicy fish curry to complete the taste (I feel hungry just writing this review).

For just $4 per piece (compared to the other expensive food in town area), I'd definitely return for more!
