Qiu Lian Ban Mian - Kopitiam

Qiu Lian ban mian has 2 unique handmade noodle type - one is the clam shell pasta look alike, the other is the yellow and thicker round ones, called ah ma mee hoon kueh &look a little 算盘子。i ordered the latter with additional minced pork and that cost me around $5.50. The soup is usually qiu lian standard, while the ah ma mhk taste chewy not so easy to bite as normal ban mian but it increases the bite sensation of sinking your teeth into something more "wholesome".
