You will have to choose the ingredients and that makes the whole thing quite fun. For those who really like to eat healthy food, try their wu gu bu ding. It includes purple rice and barley. And it's nice. Not too sweet

The rice feels a little hard but it blends well with the fillings! The staff there is also very friendly and will recommend some fillings if you're torn between so many choices!
