Signature Dishes
I went to the albert centre fodd centre and market for dinner. There were many stalls closed by the time I went there. I decided to settle for the hainanese boneless chicken rice. apparently my plate of chicken rice still had bones. I had to spend some time removing away the bones. The rice I found it too be too soft and a little sticky. The chicken was very tender. They also gave some achar with the chicken. The achar was very crunchy.

Another quick lunch in this food centre on a Saturday. The food centre was rather crowded during lunch and it required a certain effort to look for an empty table. I decided to have chicken rice from this stall for the first time as there was no queue spotted right there. An acceptable amount of chicken meat was given for $3.00. They made an effort to separate the meat and achar on a plate by itself. The chicken meat was tender with nice chilli sauce to go along and the rice has got a slight chicken broth taste and of the right texture. All in all, it was quite a pleasant experience.
