I was here to take away some roasted meat and char siew for dinner at my mum's place. After tried both, i still very much prefer the roasted meat to char siew. Though the skin was not as crispy as expected but the tenderness of the meat made up for it. The char siew was slightly charred but nicely caramelised. It is best eaten with the braised sauce and chilli sauce provided.
